Booking details: When you schedule a consultation or session, I collect your name, email, phone number, and appointment preferences.
Payments: Session payments and security deposits are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors (i.e. paypal, cashapp, zelle, or venmo).
Website activity: Like most websites, basic usage information (such as IP address and browser type) may be collected to improve site performance.

2. How I Use Your Information

To confirm and manage your booking.
To process payments for services.
To send appointment reminders or follow-up information.
To respond to your inquiries.
To improve the website’s functionality and your overall experience.

I do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with outside parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment & Security Deposits

Because sessions are deeply personal and require preparation, a security deposit will be collected at the time of booking. This ensures your spot is reserved and honors the time set aside for your session. Payment is handled securely through third-party processors.

4. Cookies & Analytics

This site may use simple cookies or analytics tools to monitor traffic and improve functionality. You can adjust cookie settings in your browser if preferred.

5. Confidentiality of Sessions

All healing sessions are private and confidential. Anything shared with me during your session stays between us, unless required by law. We would go through the right channels and request signatures for permission of record release.

6. Your Rights

You may request to:

Access the personal information I have about you.
Update or correct your details.
Request deletion of your information (unless needed for legal or financial record-keeping).

7. Session Records

Your records and recordings are uploaded and sent only to you.
Recorded sessions are stored on a private Google Drive for you to access for 3 months then is deleted.
A reminder agreement will be distributed with confirmation of session steps and proceedings.

8. Children’s Privacy

Services and sessions are offered for children over the age of 5 only with parental consent. I do not knowingly collect information from minors. This applies to surrogate sessions for non-verbal children.
